1. Use command prompt to Reset Winsock
Go to administrative command prompt and over there type the following and press enter
netsh winsock reset
and after the above command has been run successfully, the system will ask you to reboot the PC in order to finish with the reset. Thus, go ahead and restart the machine and check for problems (if any). If you further find no issues with the restarting, your problem has been solved.
2. Delete Winsock Registry And Reinstall TCP/IP
To do this first open Widows Registry ( press Win + R and type Regedit press ok key ) and navigate to .

Here delete WinSock2 and WinSock key.

Now you need to choose Protocol (TCP/IP) – Tunnels. Simply click on OK ad close the network sharing centre; restart your PC.
Now, the entire configuration for PC has been recreated, this in turn helps you in getting rid with the entire problem. So no more errors! Once you restart the PC and proceed with the connecting to the web, you will face no problem.
Update Network Adapter Drivers
Sometimes it might be happening due to a faulty, corrupted, outdated or incompatible driver of Network adapters. If you know your computer manufacturer website, go to the website and download the latest and compatible driver for the network adapter and install it.
Reinstall the TCP/IP protocol
From Start screen, search Command Prompt, select Run as Administrator Type the Command and press the Enter key to execute it:
netsh int ip reset
Then restart the device to apply all changes.
