How To Enable Built-in Administrator Account on Windows 7 , 8.1 and 10
At the end of the Windows 10, 8.1 and 7 installation or setup, Windows setup prompts you to create a user account. Although Windows gives the Administrator user status to this user account, Windows 10 automatically generates another super or elevated Administrator account during the installation and the account is hidden by default due to security reasons.
The built-in Administrator account is usually used to troubleshoot Windows. Unlike the normal Administrator account, this hidden by default or built-in Administrator account runs all programs and tools with admin rights by default, which means that the annoying UAC box will not appear when you attempt to run a program as administrator. This also means that all programs that are launched from this account are running without any restrictions.
There are three ways to enable the built-in or hidden administrator account in Windows 10.
1. You can enable the same via Command Prompt

To Open Computer Management , Right-click This PC on the desktop, and select Manage in the context menu. on computer management windows expend local users and groups on lefthand side and select users now Find and open the administrator now Right click on it select properties this will open Administraotr properties here uncheck Account is disabled.

Enable Windows Super Administrator Account using CMD
To enable, activate or turn on this Super Administrator account, type CMD in the search box. CMD will appear at top. Right click on it to ‘Run as administrator’.
To enable this account, type this command & hit Enter:
Net user administrator /active:yes
To disable this account, type this command & hit Enter:
Net user administrator /active:no
If you decide need a password for the administrator’s account that you are going to activate or if you are unable to activate it with a blank password:
Net user administrator Password
Net user administrator activate:yes
Net user administrator activate:yes
Enable or disable the built-in Administrator in Local Group Policy.
Open the Local Group Policy Editor.now move to Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local Policies/Security Options.
here on right side Find and double-tap the policy called "Accounts: Administrator account status".
Enable or disable the policy.
Select Enabled and click OK to enable it.
Choose Disabled and tap OK to have it disabled.
